What should I do if my items arrived damaged?
If your items arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours at allureaurae@gmail.com. Kindly include your order number and photos of the damaged product(s) so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

I received incorrect item(s). What should I do?
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at allureaurae@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll assist you promptly. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the incorrect item.

What if I entered the wrong email address?
Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. Unfortunately, AllureAurae cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
